The historic center of Rome may be easily reached both by
foot and by bus or subway. The subway station (Cavour - Line B) is only 50 meters away.
At a few meters there are a supermarket and a parking garage. The surrounding area is full of shops, banks, pharmacies, taxis
and anything you may need.
The apartment is very quiet and bright and is suitable for up to 4 people.
It is 40 sq. m. and is formed by an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed and
a wardrobe, a drawing room with a sofa which may
be transformed into a double bed (all beds have orthopedic frames and mattresses
for your maximum comfort) and a bathroom
with bath-tub and a hand shower.
It has a fully equipped combined kitchen and lounge and a lovely ancient 18
sq.m. court-yard where you can eat in the
beautiful season. It has wooden ceilings and inside the apartment, as you will
note, there has remained the ancient roman
architecture.
The apartment has an independent gas heating system and is provided with colour TV, a safe, hairdryer and all house linen
requested. All house linen will be changed - free of charge - once a week. The final cleaning is also free of charge. On
request a mid-week cleaning is possible at an additional reasonable rate
